Why does it show zero activity minutes even when I'm often doing activities resulting in maximum petals?

@lrl3 From memory, the Fitbit One with 10 leaves showing is a cumulative affect your previous 3 hours of activity and most of us have found if you have at least 45 minutes of high activity you can hit the 10 leaves at the end of that period.

Active Minutes have a different measure. You must have a minimum of 10 minutes of at least 3 times your resting/BMR calories/minute  and any lags will not be shown as Active Minutes. See this link

Thank you! Will also try to reset Fitbit to see if that helps. I do have the activity so it should be recording it. Never had a problem until a few weeks ago.
