Adequate replacement for the One - other brands

I am just starting to do research on other companies that make trackers. Has anyone found any other brands of trackers that would be comparable to the One? I can't wear a wrist tracker and the Zip is a waste.

There are new Ones on EBay, but they are outrageously expensive. Some alleged refurbs too.
