Like several that have posted, my One's display has stopped working. I have tried the suggested fix from the help page and no love. I tried the chat link and that does not work. I really need someone from fitbit to reach out to me for warranty work. This One was given to me as a Christmas present by my son. A simple email listing would be great.
I know several have had this same issue so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
