I'm confused as to why my android app and the website show differently for my calorie count. The app shows I was over budget everyday for the past week but the website shows I was below or in the zone for the past week. I'm not sure why this is. I usually check the app during the day and enter my food through the app because it is more convenient for me than logging onto the computer. Does anyone know why it is like this or know how to get them to sync up? Thanks so much.

Hi @Thecrew@Nilla2009. I can be wrong on this, but I seem to recall reading something about this in another thread. I think that this is a known issue and the Fitbit engineers are working on it. Hopefully, a moderator will chime in and confirm one way or another. Cheers!

@Nilla2009@Thecrew Make sure that you're synced up in your Fitbit App and then share screenshots of what you see on your Android app and also on your online Dashboard. That would be super useful in helping you troubleshoot. Keep me posted.
