How often does the Fitbit one auto sync? I lost mine this morning and I'm trying to figure out if I can find it using the last sync. Also does the auto sync require a wifi/data connection?

Sync'ing requires a internet connection (mobile or wifi) & bluetooth turned on. It's possible to trigger a manual sync from within the app or change the setting to 'all day sync'.. so it constantly sync's.. and to know it's nearby..

Welcome aboard to our Community @SunsetRunner. The Fitbit tracker depending of the configuration of your account will constantly sync every 15 minutes, only if the option of Sync all day is active and the bluetooth is on. Otherwise will sync when you open the app or your tracker is near to any Fitbit dongle around 10-15 feet away. I wonder if after tried the steps shared by @SunsetRunner, you were able to find your One?
