BUG: Fitbit iOS app does not sync steps with my walks, says "(not synced)"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have taken a couple of long walks lately with my friend and each time, I get the message "(not synced").  The app tracks my mileage, and the steps are logged into the app, but the app does not combine the two into my activity.  I want to know how many steps I walked.

Here's a couple screen shots to show the problems.  Here is the activity, not it says "Try again to sync" and yes, I push that and nothing happens.

HEre is the parent screen to that, showing the (not synced) error message:

Finally, here is what it's supposed to look like, from back in April when this used to work correctly:

So, I just force-quit the app and pushed the "Try again to sync" message area and it synchronized.  I'm at home with wifi and it's a long walk, so maybe the bug is that it needs wifi to sync, but this was very annoying and should be fixed.  shouldn't have to struggle to make this work.
