Hi! I use my smartphone as well as my laptop. It just depends where I am to which one I use to sync. I've completed a couple of challanges and I've received a badge for each one. My question is why doesn't my dashboard on the laptop show these badges? I received notification on my laptop that I've been awared the badge but it doesn't show it. My smartphone dashboard does show it. What is the difference?

Hello @pocketbird4,
While I too believe that all badgets should be listed on the web dashboard, at least I can give you a reason why some don't show up on the web dashboard.
Since certain activities (challenges and adventures) are only available on the Fitbit App, any badges (and trophies) associated with them only show up on the Fitbit App. That said, if you have Windows 10, you can install the Fitbit App and not only see all your badges and trophies from your laptop, but also participate in challenges and adventures.
I hope this helps.
