Hi, I have a Fitbit One that I admit I haven't used in a few months! 

And now my One doesn't want to charge, I plug it in (have tried in the laptop, wall charger, etc) and turn it on it shows it being fully charged, but it's dead and my dashboard also says the battery is low..

I would check the warranty
