Brand new Fitbit One suddenly won't hold a charge

Hi, hope someone can help. 

I have a brand new Fitbit One, just taken out of the package three weeks ago. Charged it and set it up, battery lasted well over two weeks with daily activity over 12k steps. Charged it up two days ago and today, it was suddenly dead. Zero battery life after just two days! No warning, nothing. My dashboard from yesterday, shows it fully charged. 

It's got the 6.64 firmware, is this the problem? I'm going to be very unhappy if this is constant, I rely on this thing! It's on the charger right now, showing nearly full charge. I'm just wondering if this is now typical?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
