Actually it's the other way round: you don't get any extra calories allocated when you get a floor.
I suspect what's happening is that fitbit is calculating calories just on what it knows. It senses the steps you took but as it doesn't know you were carrying or dragging things it assumes you were just walking. Moreover, as you were carrying or dragging your step pace would have been slower than normal so it would have thought you were having a slow stroll.
You may get better results from manually logging the activity:
