For six months or so, I've been wearing my One on my belt, and been getting very consistent results. I have standard daily activities for which I know how many calories I will burn -- or at least, how many calories my One will credit me for.
Over the weekend, I lost the silicone holder, and have been keeping my One in my front pants pocket instead of on my belt today. It's only 2:00 PM, and the One has already calculated I've burned 300 calories MORE than what I've typically burned by this time in the day, even though my activities have been pretty much the same.
Can there be that much of a variance (10%+) in the results between wearing the One on my belt and carrying it in my pocket?

I have mine clipped to the belt as well, as I find it to be the most accurate place to have it, it is possible that because it isn't held in place, the bouncing around is adding to the steps?
if you are wearing jeans, have you tried the little pocket?
