I am new to fitbit and am still trying to figure this out.  This is also my first screenshot so hope it works ok. I am very confused with this Calories IN vs Out screen. It shows that I am in the zone on Thurs and Sun but I never reached my -500 calories deficit.  I also ate over my calories on those days. I looked at this on Friday morning. Now when I look at it (around noon) it says that I am over on those days. Also what is the green line?.   The graph shows I am under on everything even on some of those days I didnt reach my - 500 calorie deficit.... Please help very confused.

TW - Thank you so much for these links. I wished I would have had them sooner. However they dont explain the above screen.  I am really confused as to why the meters change from 'over or under'  on the past days.  This morning that same screen says that  Sunday and Thursday are now saying "in the zone" again after saying "above the zone" last evening. I pretty much understand the other tiles and how they are set to show  current status.  I just dont understand these meters that seem to change on the days in the past.

Also I would like to know what the green line is. Is it the calorie burn goal?  Thank you for any help on this question.
