Ones an estimate for the day's total calculated based on previous entries and activity. Mine sometimes tells me I can eat 5000-7000 calories a day. Sometimes I eat 5000-7000 calories a day, usually half of that 🙂

YW. For me, I'd learned somewhere between normal and Fitbit calories are the ideal balance. If I don't eat enough, I stay fat, if I eat all that Fitbit tells me to (5000-8000 calories/day), I'll get more fat. If I eat in between these (around 3000 calories), I'll lose and maintain weight. Rephrasing, the Fitbit predicted caloric estimates are good guidelines but not exact. I began Fitbit at @256lbs, presently @169lbs. How are you?

I just need to maintain what I'm at. Do you know where to see the time I exercised in the past few days it use to show on the chart the time
