I need help. I nor my mom can sync or our computers anymore. Mom has no smartphone so she relies on her computer.
People in here say to uninstall the app and reinstall. Mom has never been able to install the desktop app on her computer with Windows 10 so she is unable to uninstall when she can't install in the first place.

Ok, just had a thought. Mom's first Fitbit One died after she had it just over 2 years. I'm proud of her not losing it in all that time but she did have quite a few close calls. Anyway I bought her a new one. I kept her same dongle bluetooth thingy from the first Fitbit connected to her computer. Did I need to use her new dongle? I didn't realize I'd need to change that out also or does that matter?
