I've been using a Flex for the past 6 months and had disconnected my One when I started using it. This morning I faced a bit of a dilemma when my Flex needed charging and I couldn't locate the charger. I took out my old One and went to set it back up in my iOs app and all it says is "Loading" without actually doing anything. I tried to set it up from my PC via the website. Downloaded Fitbit Connect and all that says is "No Internet Connection Found" which is wrong as I'm posting this from my PC. Any tips on how to fix this? I know I'm able to have multiple devices set up at once since I have my Flex and Aria on my app. Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @kmleon83! The error you are getting while trying to set it up your One is due to a bug on the Fitbit Connect program, so let me suggest you something, try to uninstall that program, then restart your computer and download the Fitbit software again.
If you are getting the same error, let's try to set it up your tracker by using your iPhone. But before, perform a restart of your One by following the instructions on @Odyssey13 post.
