Can one change the sleep goal to 7 hours since more research is saying that is enough sleep, especially for women.?

You can change any of your goals. Go to Account --> Goals . Choose the goal and change the setting. If you need more specific instructions you will need to let us know whether you are using the online dashboard or app, and if app, which one.
