When I go to a new time zone (up to 12 hours away) will my FB One sync with my computer's time? Or do I have to do something manually?

Hi, @cjthelder, if you have "set timezone automatically" turned on (its on your account under "advanced settings") your Fitbit will update automatically. I personally always keep this turned off, because I like to be in control of when the timezone update takes place. The reason is, your Fitbit needs to go through midnight in order to reset for a new day. So if a timezone change means it "jumps over" midnight then your previous steps, calories, etc will all be carried over into the new day and make a mess of your stats for the new day.
So I always make sure my Fitbit passes midnight before I sync it in a new timezone.
But the short answer is, yes, if your computer time is updated, as soon as you sync it to your computer your Fitbit's time will be updated too and you don't need to do anything special.
I hope thos makes sense!

Thank you. That makes a lot of sense, and I think that will do it for me.
