Crashing since update

Ever since the 7 or 8 Aug 19 update my FitBit One crashes every time I try to change the exercise voice cues frequency from the new default of 1.0 miles back to the .5miles it was before the update.  It will let me select .5 miles but when I leave that screen the app crashes.

I deleted the app, restarted my iPhone X (with latest os updates), downloaded and reinstalled the app, but it still crashes when I try to change the frequency.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

JK

Same issue. I can change my cues to time based, but can’t reset it to 0.5 miles, my desired setting.combined with losing heart rate readings for my exercise, I’m about to find a new app.

Tried to use the Chat feature several times but keep getting this response.

Do their CSR's only get to do one chat then they are fired/lost/terminated???  Do they not get back in queue for more?  The last one - ever?Screen Shot 2019-08-13 at 10.17.00 AM.png

Talked to someone in support.  After explaining the problem a couple of times they decided the fix was to push me to buy an Aspire.  After I explained, A - not a suitable sub since it does not do all the things the One does (stairs & battery life), and B - the .5 mile frequency worked before, I was put on hold.  I guess they hoped I would give up, but after 30mins the guy came back as said it was a known problem and they were working on it and to keep checking for an update.

That may just be a level 2 version of ignore but there is what I know as of today

It seems this problem is a known bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the main thread for the issue where they are posting updates:
