I just have to say that Fitbit Customer Service is amazing. I had an issue while on vacation trying to replace a charger for my One. I left my charger was left at home and didn't get packed so I was panicked trying to find a replacement. I could NOT find one in any Fitbit retailer!! I looked for two days with no luck.:( So, I emailed today saying I was frustrating in not finding a store that sold a charger while I was on vacation...I was upset that I couldn't find one anywhere...so I emailed customer service and guess what? I received an email saying a charger was on its way to my home! Seriously? How awesome! I have been debating on getting a Garmin or a Blaze and I think Fitbit Customer Service, sealed the deal!
