Customize Display doesn't allow me to re-order the screens on my One

 It's very frustrating when online instructions, and text in the app itself contradict the actual behavior of the device in question.

 

When I go to Customize Display on my One (similar complaint about my Zip), I get a list of 5 screens that my One will display: Flower, Clock, Floors, Distance, and Calories. It's easy to turn them on and off using the checkmark circles at the left. But I believe that there is supposed to be a re-order icon on the right (three horizontal lines, correct?) that allow me to move those screens (rows) up and down. In fact, right there on that screen it says, immediately below the list of 5, "Hide, show and re-order the screens that appear when pressing the buttons on your One."

 

Right there! It says "re-order"! (As I mentioned, my Zip has the same statement on its Customize Display screen.) And there appears to be no way to actually re-order them. I tried turning the display sideways (in case that would make the lines wider and any hypothetical 3-line icons to show up), but of course that didn't do anything.

 

So is re-ordering those items impossible? If so, who put in the statement right there on that very page that this is where someone can (and I quote again; this has really got me in a tizzy, sorry about that) "re-order the screens that appear when pressing the button on your One"?

Hope you are doing great and enjoying some healthy activities @JimWWW. It's really odd that your Fitbit app is showing you the option to re-order the stats, this is actually not customizable, the only thing you can do is turn off and on what you want to see on the Fitbit itself. Could you please attach some screenshots from the Fitbit app where it states that you can re-order this information? In the meantime, I recommend to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and check if is still showing the same
