Dashboard doesn't show all steps

Last night my One showed 9,103 steps.  Performed sync this morning and only 6,565 reflected.

If the step count went down from what you saw on your One's display, it usually means that you logged a manual activity which now overlays the data collected by your Fitbit One. I don't know if this applies in your case or not, but please verify your activity log for any acitvity posted during the time frame where the missing steps were recorded. Note that a walk tracked with your phone/GPS would would have the same effect as a manual log and overlay the data that your One collected.

I didn't add any other entries, just performed a standard sync.  I don't have it connected to my phone. I use a Blackberry and the OS doesn't support.

Any other ideas? Thanks

Hi again @Sucar. If your Blackberry is not supported, what device do you use to sync? To the best of my knowledge, the only way sync'd steps showing on the dashboard would not coincide with the number of steps shown on your Fitbit One screen is if a manual entry was logged that resulted in obliterating part of your steps. If you didn't log any manual entries, then the other possibility is an erroneous time zone setting whereby the steps that appear to be missing are in fact there, but logged to the previous or following day.  If may also be that the steps shown on your dashboard (regardless of the device used) reflect the step count as of your last successful sync - forcing a sync would bring your step count right up to date to what you expect. Mine has started doing the same thing. Even right after syncing the dashboard doesnt reflect same number one the fitbit.

Same thing. Last night my Zip showed approximately 10700.  This morning when I synced I have 6k.  I didn't add any activities.  What's going on?
