Hi, @SunsetRunner , try restarting your One. Instructions here. After that you should be able to set it up as a replacement tracker .

Hi @SunsetRunner. No problem with that at all, that's an easy fix. All you need to do is to add it back as a replacement device, using the instructions in How do I set up a replacement tracker. I am not familiar with the Kindle Fire, so I have little to offer in terms of advice as to what to do next time you have sync issues. But let me take a few shots in the dark. Turning off Bluetooth and back on after 20 seconds or so usually does the trick (you may have to repeat this two or three times for it to stick.) If still no joy, you can try signing off your account and signing back on again a few minutes later. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
