I have a Fitbit 1. This is my 4th or 5th one. I always have a spare. Unfortunately, I cannot find another spare. I will never wear a watch type. What do I do. Love Fitbit, but I will not accept anything but a compact pocket tracker.

It's sad that they discontinued the One. It was my first fitbit and perhaps still my favourite (although the versa may well change that)

 

I can understand that you won't use a wrist-worn tracker but that seems the way fitbit is going. Hopefully they will release a more modern clip-on model in the future but until then you are limited to the Zip.
