Hi,
I have had my fitbit a little while and for the first time, the weekly email was not inclusive of steps, distance, or flights of stairs. In fact, it looks like it only tracked one day of movement, though my fitbit and phone both had recordings. My One was charged.
Do I need to purchase a replacement One? Has this happened to anyone else? I want to make sure all my steps/distance count toward my total lifetime achievements.

Hi,
Did you try re-booting? Try this.... plug your Fitbit One into the charger, making sure that the gold contacts on your Fitbit align with the ones on the charger. Hold down your tracker button for 10 seconds without letting go . Remove your tracker from the charger and wait a few more seconds before you press it's button until the screen turns on. You can also do a factory re-set but that loses all of your data and should be done as a last resort. Not sure re-booting will help you, but it's worth a try.
