Fit Bit Stopped Tracking Floors

Hi, so my Fit Bit ONE Stopped tracking floors today. It has worked wonderfully until this morning. I have gone up 5 Flights of stairs, which it has registerd daily. Today It is only showing that I have climbed one. Is there any way to manually ad the flights of stairs or has anyone else had a problem with this?

No way to manually add them

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
