Mine synced at 1PM yesterday and hasn't since.

To be clear, it still works. Syncing is the only issue. I have reset it several times. Doesn't seem to make a difference.

Keep in mind it may vary according to the mobile device you are using.

Recently I have been having a lot of issues with my Fitbit synching to my phone. What I have finally discovered is that if I turn the bluetooth on my phone off and then back on, it fixes the issues. So, in my case, it appears to be an issue with my phone, not the Fitbit.
