Fit bit one not syncing have tried to reset but button is not working

Hey guys. I think I’m sol. But my fitbut one won’t sync. I’ve tried the blue tooth thing. My app and one are up to date. But I can’t reset it anymore. The button on it isn’t responsive. 😕 I’ve tried the new wrist ones but can’t wear them with my job. I really need it fixed 😭 and I can’t get this one anymore. Anyone have any other suggestions. It quit syncing 12 hours ago and just stopped.

Mine quit syncing, too, about 24 hours ago. Wonder if it's a system problem?

Mine stopped syncing early yesterday.  I would be sad to lose my steps from the last couple days also!

mine has also stopped syncing since 17th Oct 2020. very frustrating as l can wear wrist one either.

Mine also stopped synching about two days ago. From the app I removed and re-added the device (in the iphone app) and it is synching again. Maybe that will work for you too?

Mine quit thinking too. The app says it can’t find it. I love my Fitbit one! It’s the best thing ever! How do we get help from this company?

I just rebooted my One and it's now syncing again including the prior days' steps, etc.

Thanks! Before removing and adding it back to the app, I tried a second time to restart it while in the charging cable. That worked!

I just purchased an Inspire. You can buy a clip for it and not wear it as a wrist device. I'm still using my One. But it quit syncing yesterday. I've done a reset and nothing. ☹️

I "rebooted" 3 different times (didn't work), then uninstalled the fitbit app, reinstalled the app, "rebooted" again, and it worked!

I'm just trying to sync down to my computer and it doesn't work, and it also is keeping the wrong time
