Hey guys. I think I’m sol. But my fitbut one won’t sync. I’ve tried the blue tooth thing. My app and one are up to date. But I can’t reset it anymore. The button on it isn’t responsive. 😕 I’ve tried the new wrist ones but can’t wear them with my job. I really need it fixed 😭 and I can’t get this one anymore. Anyone have any other suggestions. It quit syncing 12 hours ago and just stopped.

This is what i did - plugged it in. Pressed the button for 15 seconds. Removed it from the charger, restarted it. Then went to the app and it synched.

Ditto. Stopped syncing on Tuesday in the morning.
I think it has to be a system failure at their end.

Same here!! Making me crazy! Last synced 3:07 on the 22nd. I’ve reset the one numerous times reinstalled app and nothing.

I found a fix in a January Forum entry. Without turning it on, plug the One into the charger. Hold the button down for 12-15 sec. Unplug, turn it on, try to sync again. Worked for me - mine last synced on 10/19/20 but is up to date now!
How can so many people love their Ones and Fitbit not bring it back???

Mine quit, too. I have reset it and it syncs and then stops syncing again. I really like my One and know they don't offer them for sale anymore. Hope they don't stop supporting it.

I started having a problem in October too. I started charging it every evening before sleeping, but I doubt that's made any difference. The way I would describe it is that the tracker HALTS (stops tracking). If long-hold the button, it starts back up with the time that it halted. During that halted time interval, it won't sync with the iOS app and that data is lost.
After the long-hold, it comes back showing FITBIT 6.64 and the tracking is out of date. At that point, it will sync just fine until another HALT. I am looking for a firmware update to fix this problem.
