FitBit One did not work for several days / What to do?

I saw that my One was completely "out" yesterday evening. There was no email message of "Low battery" before that. I charged it all nigth, but did not see that he was charging when I checked in the beginning. This morning it still seemd as there was no activity at all.

Then my husband checked for the contacts for dust or something else. There was nothing to see, but after that the One seemed working again, battery was fully charged and he was working normal.

But looking for the days before, I saw that he has not been registering for 4 days.

I have never had this before. Anyone else with this problem? It seems okay for now, but maybe this means that there is a problem with the contacts and it will fail again?

The One is from february 2016, so for now I still have guarantee/warranty ... Should I contact FitBit for that or the seller?

You should clean the contacts on occasion.

I suspect for those 4 days prior it was not charged and you just didnt notice.

If its working now I would just watch it closely. Contact seller if you have more problems.
