FitBit One - not recording all active minutes

In the last week my device has stopped recording all the active minutes on my commute (journey is usually 15 brisk walking, 50 minutes sedentary on train and then 10 minutes brisk walking). It's only recording part of this - usually the return journey in the afternoon. 

 

Does anyone have a fix please?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
