FitBit One not syincng today

Is anybody having trouble with syncing their Fitbit One today?? I've tried hard stopping the app, re installing it & nothing?

I'm not aware of a widespread issue but syncing problems do happen from time to time - often for no apparent reason. 

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

I had to restart the tracker from my computer good as new 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions. Mine too stopped syncing yesterday. Turned my phone off then on and it synced.

This sync issue has been happening with me for about three months. I am also getting a reboot every so often. it's garbage and since I've had mine for maybe..10 years... there is nothing I could do but repurchase. I do not know about you, but I think that stinks!
