FitBit not recognizing appropriate number of steps.

My FItBit is not always giving the reminder to move and isn’t always accurately reflecting that I completed my 250 steps during the hour. Very frustrating.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it last night and that worked for a while today. Then this evening neither the device nor the app is tracking the steps. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it.  Nothing is tracking steps, stairs, or activity
