The current version of the Fitbit Connect download archive for MAC is 1.0.3.5510 dated May 14, 2014 (really, over 4 years old?!?!).

The update file is version 2.0.0.6xxx.

How about updating your download archives so the customer isn't fighting update downloads during the install (my update failed twice while on chat with customer service).
