Fitbit One Error Message when Syncing

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.

When trying to sync I get an error message telling me "Tracker Disconnected".  I've tried to restart the Tracker but that hasn't helped.  Is there something else I should do?

Many thanks.

UPDATE - I have now followed the instructions in Troubleshooting and the Tracker still does not sync.  I am using a Windows phone Nokia 35 and the Tracker is about 4 months old and has worked perfectly prior to this.  It last synced on 9th Feb.

Hey @Cheryl001, good to know. Would you mind sharing with the Community how you were able to restore the sync functionality? This would be helpful for any other Community users coming to this thread for help with a similar issue. Thanks! Have a nice day.

Hi, yes of course TW, I should have thought of doing that myself.

Having gone through all the trouble-shooting advice with no luck I started to go through some of the similar threads and I realised that when Restarting the Fitbit I wasn't holding the button down for long enough.  Although I thought I was holding it down for 10-20 seconds I hadn't realised you need to hold it down until you get a message "Fitbit 6.6 0" or something like that, once I'd done that the Fitbit works/syncs properly.

Hope that helps.
