My old Android phone Galaxy SIII  is about to be replaced by a new Galaxy J5 and I need some help on how to do this.  I am not at all tech savvy and appreciate your help everyone.

Hi, @Stanleybear , when you get your new phone, just download the Fitbit app.  Make sure your old phone is off and your Fitbits are nearby, then log into the app.  It should automatically start looking for your devices.  The One should set up with no issues.  There is a chance the Charge HR will be trickier, because if you have set it up to receive call notifications it needed a special bond with your old phone.

If you have any difficulties with either tracker, first follow the instructions to set up a replacement device (don't worry, that won't affect your data at all).

Let us know if you still have any difficulties after trying this, but hopefully it will work smoothly.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
