Fitbit One: Is it possible to see the Floors climbed during a workout?

Hi Everyone,

I have just purchased a Fitbit One and am dismayed to see that it is not possible to see how many floors I climbed ina particular workout. Not only does the One not quickly scroll through stats at the end of a workout, it does not show workout stats on the App and even when you log into the online account and interrogate log / activity, it still only shows some data: duration, and steps - but not floors.

Please advise me of I have missed something, whether the displays can be changed or whether I can return the One.

Thanks!

No need for a response,  thanks!

I have contacted Fitbit and learned the very disappointing news that it is NOT possible to learn the number of floors climbed on a specific workout on the Fitbit One even by studying the online activity logs.  (Steps and calories,  yes,  floors, no).

I have also double checked the available customer literature and this failure is not made available. Very disappointingly,  because I purchased my One from an approved retailer,  Fitbit are not interested in helping. In a few days time I must throw myself on the mercy of the unfortunate retailer - an innocent party in this.

I am very disjointed in Fitbit.

I have a Fitbit One and when I open the Dashboard at the bottom of the group that shows steps gloors, Active minutes, etc you can see the small words "see more" when you click that you get a graph that shows activity with time. Clock the "floors" tab and you can see the floors climbed by 15 minute increments. It's not totally accurate but it works for me.
