My Fitbit is not calculating my calories correctly. I just did a workout and it said I burned 255 calories. Then when I stopped the timer or whatever you want to call it it says that I've only burned 21 calories for the day so far. What gives?

@sydwee915 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your One not calculating your calories correctly. Thanks for sharing those details as well!
Please make sure you are syncing your One correctly. The exercise you did should update accordingly and add up those calories to your dashboard totals.
Also, do you see the activity record under your activity history?
Additionally, please perform a restart on your One. This should help if data is not being tracked correctly.
You can also manually log your activities if you need to. This option will give you accurate data for you exercise and you can also add the calories burned manually.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! ![]()
