Fitbit One Not Charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I've had my Fitbit about 1 year and last week it stopped charging. I cleaned off the contacts and nothing. Double checked the ports I was using and they work fine.

I got a new charging cable and when I plugged it in today, same thing. It won't charge. I'm assuming this means the tracker itself is defective but nothing else seems wrong with it. Anyone have a fix?

Thanks

Welcome aboard to our Community @Ablessing. At this point you have tried the most possible solutions and still is not working. I understand that your tracker is over a year but please take a moment to reach out to our Support Team and let them know of your efforts to troubleshoot the issue and what you've already done. I have full faith that they will be able to advise you of the next steps after reviewing your device history with you.

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around.

Thanks. I did speak with customer service. they are replacing the tracker but it took 45 minutes on the phone and asking to speak with a supervisor to get it done. Most days I don't have the time nor do I want to submit myself to that stress. If the tracker simply stops working at just over one year, it's too expensive to just replace every year. If this replacement tracker does the same, I'll just buy from a competitor
