I bought a 10X phone and now Fitbit does not sync my steps.  I have ordered a Fitbit flex but want to use my Fitbit one also.

@Wendismith Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your One not syncing correctly. Also, thanks for ordering a Fitbit Flex.

Do you mean the iPhone X? If that is the case, I'd recommend following all of these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. Try the steps in the order given for best results.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

yes, I have reinstalled, resinced, and tried again to install as a new device. It works perfectly as I wear it.

The phone I purchased is the iPhone 10 X - last years model. It was new from Verizon. I also cannot get my computer to recognize it with my dongle inserted and could not add the step tile on the computer site. Would buying  a new dongle make a difference?  Never really use the dongle, just always since to my phones. I read everything I could find before contacting you.

@Wendismith Thanks for your reply and for trying those steps ans sharing the details. I was checking the list of compatible devices and I don't seem to find iPhone 10 X there. It just shows iPhone X? Is this the same device? If it is not, that could be the reason why it is not connecting to your phone.

Regarding the computer syncing. Try plugging in the dongle in a different USB port and try again. A new dongle could be also useful in case the one you have stops working.

As you sat the steps count is not showing; I'm thinking it could be that your One is not paired to your account at this moment. Please try these set up troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. Try both the ones for iOS devices and the ones for computers.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

So I did all of the force syncing, renewing for my One. And connecting with dongle and separately with blue tooth. I received my flex and it is working on my iPhone X and computer. My Fitbit One works perfectly but will not sync at all; either with my Mac or the iPhone X. It is only one year or so old.
It worked perfectly until I bought this new iPhone X.

@Wendismith Thanks for your reply and for trying those steps and sharing those details.

By any chance, have you tried syncing your One to a different device? Please feel free to try this on any compatible device and let me know if your One syncs.
