Fitbit One Not Syncing

My Fitbit One no longer syncs with any of my devices: Android, tablet, desktop computer. I think this is a problem with my Fitbit One and not with the process. Help!

Sorry @Judiln I'm not sure what you mean when you say you uninstalled. What step of the troubleshooting were you doing?

I did everything the troubleshooting said. Turned off Bluetooth, turned off phone , etc.
I read online to in install Fitbit then install it again. I cannot do that on phone or Mac.

@Judiln @mrsmarci03 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your One not syncing. Thanks for sharing all of those details.

 

Have you tried all the steps @SteveH kindly shared on his post above? Feel free to also check the steps shown here and try them in the order given for best results.

 

@Judiln You should be able to install the Fitbit app on your phone by downloading it at your app store. On a Mac computer you will need to download Fitbit Connect software you can find here.

All synced!

pluged charger into computer with Fitbit in it and turned it on.
