Hello there,
My mother's Fitbit one has suddenly stopped working. She stopped using it for 3 months, now it will not turn on or sync to her phone. I researched steps to resolve and reboot this, however none of these solutions are working. What can be done to get this up and working again? Can this be shipped back and fixed?

To note, upon a 12 second restart when it is plugged into a computer, it shows 6.64 and a full battery icon. Then nothing happens thereafter.
