Fitbit One STILL not syncing reliably.

I know there was a thread about this last fall.   I did all of the instructions. Reset, re-do Bluetooth, etc

It never syncs to Android, may or may not sync to one laptop after I plug in charger cable and reset, and may or may not sync to another laptop.

I really like the One, since I don't have to wear it on my wrist.

What have people been doing lately?

Does it do any good to call customer service?

I get $2 credit to my HSA  every time I get 10K steps, so I need for it to sync.

Mine won't sync to my iPhone as of 4/10/2020
