I can't sync my Fitbit One by bluetooth because it says it is already paired with another device. I have checked all phones, tablets, and PCs and none of them are paired with it. Is there a way to find out which one it thinks it is or start over?

Hi @ABerman. Your Fitbit One does not pair with your iPhone or smartphone via the Bluetooth pairing functionality of the phone but rather via the Fitbit app installed on the phone. So while you must have Bluetooth enabled on the phone, the pairing is done via the Fitibit app.
I can't tell from your post whether none of your compatible devices can sync your Fitbit One; or if it's only the one that you're currently trying to sync with can't sync.
You be the judge. But your Fitbit One can only be live with one device at a time. So even though it can sync with computers, phones, tablets, etc., the odds are that if you're already connected with an iPhone for example, you will NOT be able to establish Bluetooth connectivity with a computer/dongle. Turning off Bluetooth on the phone, would free up the single channel BT connectivity Fitbit uses for your computer/dongle to sync.
I don't know if this helps any. But the distinction I've tried to make here is that Fitbit trackers, as far as I know, do not pair via Bluetooth like you pair a phone to a car audio system for example; but rather pair via the Fitbit app.
Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
