Can't get my One to sync. It's very frustrating. I'm going to call customer service as someone indicated in a previous pist. I thin km if was the last software update. Until now, I gave loved my fitbit one.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @PhillyGyrl. If you are having syncing issues with your mobile device please make sure it is part of the list of supported devices. You can follow @RickyFitbit instructions to resolve syncing issues with Android devices. If the problem is with the computer, please set up your One as a replacement device as @Odyssey13 recommends.
