Hello all,
am using a Fitbit One alternately with a wristband Fitbit (for sleep tracking) and it has been in service for a couple of years.
Recently, syncing was getting difficult, and for about a week, the One was not showing any data (just the "titles", such as "Calories", "Steps", "Stairs", and had the wrong date and time). Couldn't get it to sync during this week, in spite of several reset attempts, but wore it anyway, trusting that the logged data would still hang around somewhere.
Today the reset finally worked, One synced, but all activity data from the meantime is lost...
Any idea how I could retrieve that data?
Your help is much appreciated!

It depends on how long it did not sync
It holds data for 7 days
This article will explain it
