Fitbit One hasn't synced in about a week & won't

My Fitbit One hasn't synced since April 6 (a week ago). I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips I've been able to find, including restarting my tracker, and repeatedly tried to force a sync, and nothing has helped. I have no new devices, no new computers, and the Fitbit site says my tracker and my dongle are up to date. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy 6 with the app installed, and a Windows 10 laptop, been using both of them for months, and the Fitbit just stopped syncing a week ago.

Edit: I just tried to pair my Fitbit One to Bluetooth again, and got a message that the pairing was rejected by One. ???

We need to resolve this quickly as your One only has 7 days memory between syncs. If it doesn't sync soon you'll start to lose data.

Given that it's not syncing to either your phone or your laptop we can assume that the problem is with the fitbit. I know that you have tried restarting it but this is know  to not always work so it's worth trying that again a few times:

SteveH, I knew I was up against a deadline so I was really hoping I could get this resolved. SO... I did another hard restart this morning, synced through the desktop, and it worked! We're good! Thank you very much!

So My Wife's FitBit One has stopped communicating with her Samsung Galaxy Edge 6. The One will count her steps, and function properly, but it does not sync the data to her phone. It stopped a couple of weeks ago. I have tried all solutions, multiple times. Hard resets on both her FB One and phone. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Tried syncing it to our computer. Nada, nil, zilch...

Update: Although the Fitbit One did sync to my desktop when I posted the other morning, it was still refusing a connection with my phone's Bluetooth - until yesterday morning (Thursday) when suddenly (and randomly?) it was syncing again. I hadn't done anything else to try to troubleshoot it and hadn't changed or messed with any settings on my phone. Darn thing was just acting like nothing had happened. If this happens again I still won't know how to fix it, so keeping my fingers crossed!
