Fitbit One not keeping a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had to charge my One twice in two days and the battery MIGHT last half a day.  I walk a lot but I am not able to wear anything on my wrists because I had second degree burns and the skin is still hyper sensitive.  The One is perfect for me and I am disappointed that this is happening and Fitbit does not seem to have a comparable product that is a clip.  Not everyone can wear something on their wrist.  My husband is in the military and his job prohibits him from wearing items on this wrist for safety reasons so he is in a similar boat.  I hate to say it but if I cannot find a fix or replacement I will have to invest in another brand.  I have been extremely happy with it until now.

Hi @TammySue67. I admire your determination to track your fitness despite complicating issues! If your One is no longer usable, you may want to consider this:

  - You may want to buy a Flex 2. The dongle comes out of the band and you can put it in a clip or a pendant

  - Or, you can even put it in an ankle band

@TammySue67 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your One's battery power. Thanks for sharing your input and details about this.

Please check these tips to increase the battery on your Fitbit One. This should help you out to get more out of it.

Also, check the alternatives presented by @SunsetRunner in her post above. You should find those useful too.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
