Hi,
my fitbit one isn't syncing anymore since last friday april 23. Everything else seems to work fine. I can charge it no problem, it is showing steps and all that.
I have a pc with fitbit connect, and it doesn't sync, but neither does it sync to my iPad and iPhone, which used to work fine (until apparently last friday) (I of course know about the need of BT etc... being enabled).
I have been on a holiday from sunday until now (wednesday evening), and I have walked a lot (and beat my previous step records), so if I have to restart the fitbit one (as read in another topic), does that delete the data that hasn't been synced so far?

Fitbit one did not record my miles ,steps etc from this morning. I went grocery shopping this afternoon and it logged that. I tried both the dongle and the charging cable suggests, but did not update info properly. Any other suggestions?
Will see what happens on tomorrow's walk if I can't update today's exercise. Help?

Try the Fitbit One 'reset':
-plug your Fitbit One into the charger (attached to your computer)
-as soon as you see battery level,
-press the button on the Fitbit One and HOLD
-screen will go blank (will not show steps, etc) - this is a reset
-then, try pressing the button again and check steps
I've also had to un-install and re-install the mobile app onto my iPhone 6 to get it to sync again with my phone. doesn't delete your steps
Also - remember in previous posts I've noted the frustrating item - that I had a Fitbit bought 2 years ago, suddenly wouldn't sync with my phone - called Fitbit customer service and they verified this was an 'old' Fitbit and if it didn't sync they couldn't help me, I had to buy a new Fitbit last spring 2016.
Try the reset above,
if that doesn't work, try un-installing and re-installing the app on your phone.
still no luck, call Fitbit customer service

Thank you. I did all that, and it still didn't work, so I did a shut down of my reader and decided that it might take some time to reset, and this morning it's working once again. This happens most times there is an update
