Fitbit One problems

My FB-1 went on the fritz yesterday. Activity information not populating to my smart phone.  My FB-1 as connected to the power cord shows it's fully charged.  My smart phone says I'm critically low on power.  Is there a way to reset the unit?  The Fitbit unit itself does show activity.

You need to restart the unit

I would also charge your phone if its critically low before trying to sync
