Fitbit One showing 0 very active minutes every day

For the entire month of May I have been using the Fitbit One. Several of those days I have had around 10,000 steps, some days I have 15-20 flights of stairs. On every single one of those days, it has recorded 0 very active minutes. This cannot be right? (I have used the Zip and the Charge 2 and never had this problem.)

Check your settings for height and stride length.   Sounds like you might be 5'8" but set for 6'8".   When it's set right you should get active minutes for a brisk walk and especially jogging/running.
